SALES REPRESENTATIVE

If you are professional and driven and have Sales Experience, this may be the perfect position for you.

The Sales Representative position has fairly flexible hours and is paid on commission. 

Some responsibilities include marketing portrait sessions to new prospective clients, and meeting with each client after her photoshoot to help her purchase a portrait collection.

Another main objective will be to establish affiliate relationships with high-end spas, personal trainers, and other referral sources in both Salt Lake County and Utah County.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR LUXURY PORTRAIT STUDIO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Emily London Portraits is looking for a professional and driven Sales Representative with previous Sales Experience to help us grow our business.

The Sales Representative position has fairly flexible hours and is paid on commission. There will be an introductory period of 1-2 weeks for training, which will need to be completed in the Studio (in Provo, UT). After which time, travel throughout Salt Lake and Utah Counties will be necessary. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market our portrait sessions to new prospective clients

  • Close prospective clients - booking portrait sessions

  • Meet with clients after each session to help them purchase a portrait collection

  • Establish and maintain affiliate relationships with High-End Spas, Plastic Surgeons, Salons, Personal Trainers, and other referral sources in the beauty and fitness communities

  • Represent Emily London Portraits at events, trade shows, and various networking opportunities

  • Meet or exceed your monthly sales quota

  • Track progress and results using Google Docs Spreadsheets 

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) 

  • Minimum one year of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience

  • Must have a valid Utah driver license

  • Personal vehicle to travel to various appointments

  • Automobile liability insurance is required (and must be maintained)

  • Must have a cell phone with unlimited minutes and text messaging

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations

The Administrative Assistant position will begin as part-time, but will gradually grow into a full time position over a few months. The Administrative Assistant position will begin as part-time, but will gradually grow into a full time position over a few months. During this growth period, one of your main tasks will be to develop and document the position itself. This way, as the studio grows, various tasks can be handed off so you may be able to transition into either a Studio Manager or Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email

  • Schedule appointments; coordinating with clients and team (Photographer, Assistant, Makeup Artist, and Sales Rep, as necessary)

  • Prepare studio space for presentations and photoshoots

  • Process Client Orders

  • Maintain Social Media Campaigns

  • Represent Emily London Portraits at events, trade shows, and various networking opportunities

  • Develop and document each component of the Administrative Assistant Position (for training purposes)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) 

  • Minimum one year of Customer Service and/or Office Experience

  • Must have a Cell Phone with unlimited minutes and text messaging

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using Photoshop and/or Lightroom

  • Experience with Social Media; including Facebook, Instagram, Google +, Pinterest, and Twitter

  • Previous experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations

LOGISTICS:
