Headshot Booking Recruiter

(Part-Time, Commission + Base)

Y.E.C. Creations is a professional photography studio in Hamilton, NJ looking for a motivated part-time recruiter to help grow our corporate headshot client base.

    • Research and contact local law firms, medical offices, real estate brokerages, financial advisers, and other professional offices

    • Introduce Y.E.C. Creations' headshot services via phone and email outreach

    • Book appointments and add clients directly to the photographer's schedule

    • Send booking confirmations and follow up as needed

    • Manage a simple booking log to track outreach and confirmed sessions

    • Photography experience

    • A degree

    • A full-time schedule

    • Confidence on the phone

    • Basic organizational skills

    • Reliability and follow-through

    • Familiarity with Google Calendar or willingness to learn

    • Base: $75/week for a minimum number of outreach calls (20 calls or 10 emails per week).

    • Booking incentive: $25 per confirmed and completed session. Not just booked — completed.

    • Bonus tier: $50 bonus if books 5+ sessions in a month.
